The Circulation Solution

Matt Baier from NAPO-CT talks about his book The Circulation Solution: The Ultimate Approach to Lasting Clutter Relief and how "circulation prevents accumulation." This will include strategies for getting organized, but mostly it will address the harder challenge of staying organized, using the circulation solution.

Attendees will learn:

• what makes organizing so hard today

• how circulation works throughout the home

• how to prioritize top strategies

The Matt Baier Method was developed during Matt’s tenure as Head of Design Services at the Jim Henson Company, home of the Muppets. His promotion from art director to department head arrived with half the staff, working in half the space, with 25% more work in demand. To succeed, Matt relied on a skill that came as naturally to him as breathing: ORGANIZING. As a result, his department increased production tenfold.

In 2004, Matt switched careers to Professional Organizer and started Matt Baier Organizing, LLC, which specializes in team clutter relief. Matt appears regularly on local television and is a national speaker. He is also the Past President of NAPO-CT, and author of the best selling The Circulation Solution. He and his wife Susan live in Stamford, CT.
