Our “Ask The Experts” series features the vast professional knowledge and varied expertise of our chapter Business Partners. Get to know more about the great services these members provide, and tap into their deep experience from different aspects of working with our clients and supporting our industry. 

This Zoom program will feature a moderated expert panel and open meeting format with opportunity for full participation in live Q&A and polls. There will also be open discussion & informal networking time immediately following the program. NAPO Chicago members have the chance to win $100 or $50 BP Bucks, which can be spent for the professional services of one of our chapter Business Partners!

Ask the Experts Part 2: Turning Clutter to Cash

This program will provide guidance to prepare organizers to help their clients realize value while setting realistic expectations during the de-cluttering or downsizing process. Our expert panel is made up of NAPO Chicago Business Partners who specialize in helping clients realize the value in items that they would like to eliminate.

Attendees can expect to learn:

• ID client life events & circumstances that are a fit for these services
• How to set client expectations for market vs. sentimental value
• How to identify and protect valuables while working with clients
• Tips for working with business partners to achieve client goals

All NAPO members will have the opportunity to apply for a program Certificate of Completion that may be used for CEU’s. This event is open to all NAPO members and guests.
