Linette George, Productivity Specialist & Co-owner of Spark Productivity, will share insights on training and productivity skills to clients. She will discuss how she transitioned to workplace productivity consulting after beginning her career as a residential organizer. Linette will also share some of her favorite productivity tips that you can implement yourself, and transfer to your clients.

Linette George
For the last 16 years, Linette George has challenged busy professionals to rethink their workday status quo through presentations, group trainings, and executive coaching. Her background in psychology, education, and corporate training gives Linette a unique perspective on challenges busy professionals face. She is able to empathetically tap into clients’ “pain” and offer ideas that help them shift beyond the habits that don’t serve them well. As a result, processes are streamlined, reliable systems are put into practice, and workdays have better flow. Her motto is focused + organized = productive.
Linette was honored to be a member of the Inaugural Class of Certified Professional Organizers when she earned the prestigious designation of Certified Professional Organizer® (CPO®) from the Board of Certification for Professional Organizers.She is a member of NAPO (National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals), and holds the distinction of a NAPO Specialist Certificate in Workplace Productivity.
Outside her passion for delivering productivity training and coaching in Chicago and beyond, Linette enjoys serving on the board of a local environmental education non-profit, photography, painting, and traveling whenever she can. She lives in the Chicago suburbs with her husband, dog, and always entertaining twin boys. Linette is a lifelong Cubs fan, but she has been known to cheer on the South Siders (unless they’re playing the Cubs, of course).
