Objective: To introduce NAPO members to the idea of value-based pricing, assess their current barriers to pricing and give them an actionable strategy to set pricing that is aligned with their value and communicate their value to their clients with confidence.
In the workshop we'll discuss common pricing barriers experienced in each phase of business--from beginners to experienced, the mindset that creates these barriers and the practical solutions to shifting into a mindset that allows for win-win pricing that clients are excited to pay.
